E-learning delivers an engaging and immersive learning experience that is flexible enough to accommodate individual learning styles and paces.

Instructor-led Solutions
Raland offers a dynamic learning experience with instructor-led training, both in the classroom or via virtual meetings. Our instructional design team works with you to understand your business challenge and to provide a detailed, pre-training needs analysis. Post-training learning assessments and learning effectiveness studies are also done to ensure participants complete the training having successfully gained the required knowledge.

Instructor-led training can be conducted by one of our expert trainers, or Train-The-Trainer instruction can be provided for your internal trainers. We also support training at your facility or we'll travel to your training audience.
Translation
